This policy explains which personal data we collect on this website, why we collect it, and what you can require from us regarding it.
Who is responsible
Azevedo Systems is the controller of the personal data processed on this website. For anything related to privacy — including the requests described at the end of this page — contact us at the e-mail address published on the site.
To exercise your rights or ask a question, write to our data protection officer (DPO) at the contact e-mail on this site, with “Privacy” in the subject line. The same channel handles access, correction and deletion requests.
What data we collect
We only collect what you type into the contact form and the minimum the website needs to work. We do not buy lists, we do not require registration and there is no visitor login area.
- Contact form: name, e-mail and — when you fill them in — company, phone, project type and the text of your message.
- Technical browsing data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to measure audience and to prevent automated submissions.
Why we process this data
We use the form data solely to reply to you and to carry on the commercial conversation you started. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box before sending, and our legitimate interest in answering those who contact us.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not send newsletters without a request, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or trade personal data. It is shared only with the providers needed to run the site:
- E-mail provider: carries the form message to our inbox and the confirmation to yours.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile): checks that the form was submitted by a person and not a bot. For that, Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical browser signals.
- Google (Analytics): measures site audience using cookies. The data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.
- Public authorities, where required by law.
International data transfers
Some of the services we use process data outside Brazil. Google Analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile run on servers in the United States and other countries; your IP address and technical browser signals reach them.
These transfers rely on the safeguards required by law — standard contractual clauses and protection commitments equivalent to those demanded by the LGPD and the GDPR. You may ask us about these safeguards at the contact e-mail.
Cookies and measurement
Google Analytics stores cookies in your browser to tell visits apart. You can block them in your browser settings or with an extension without losing anything — no feature of this site depends on them.
Turnstile may store a temporary identifier while it verifies the form. It exists to prevent abuse and is not used for advertising.
How long we keep it
Form messages stay in our mailbox for as long as they are useful to the conversation and then for the period needed to meet legal obligations and defend our rights. If you ask for deletion, we erase whatever we are not required to keep.
Your rights
Brazilian data protection law (LGPD) — and the GDPR, if you are in the European Union — gives you the right to know what we process and to act on it. Just write to our contact e-mail.
Deadlines follow the applicable law: up to 15 days under the LGPD and up to 30 days under the GDPR, extendable by a further 60 for complex requests. Withdrawing consent does not make the processing carried out before the withdrawal unlawful.
- Confirm whether we process your data and obtain a copy of it.
- Correct incomplete or outdated data.
- Request deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Object to processing and request data portability.
- Lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
Children and teenagers
This site is aimed at companies and professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children or teenagers. If we identify such a submission we delete the record; if you are a parent or guardian and suspect this happened, tell us and we will treat it as a priority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to received messages is restricted to our team. No system is immune to incidents; should one occur that puts you at risk, we will notify you and the authority, as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
If a change is material — a new purpose, a new provider — we will announce it on the site itself. The date at the top shows the last revision.
