A 45-minute conversation to understand your operation, the pain points and what is genuinely a priority. If a system is already running, the assessment starts from what is live: what can be reused, what is a risk and what has to be rewritten. If you prefer, we sign the confidentiality agreement before the first technical meeting. The initial assessment costs nothing, and by the end of it the problem is defined well enough to become a scope.
