Design and architecture

A clickable prototype and technical decisions on record. You validate the experience before any code exists.

1 to 2 weeks

Why design before writing code?

Because changing a screen in the prototype costs minutes, and changing it once built costs sprints. You navigate the prototype and validate the flow before a single line of code exists. In parallel, the technical decisions are put on record — architecture, integrations and what has to scale — and that record is what prevents the “why was it built this way?” conversation six months later.
