How do you follow the development?

The work runs in two-week sprints, and each one ends with a live demo of what was finished. Between them there is a weekly progress meeting and a test environment available at all times — you do not wait for the end of the project to use the system. The repository and the cloud accounts are in your name from day one: the source code is yours while it is being written, not only on delivery.
